Ceres should counter it but it’s their policy not to comment on analysts comments/reports, that doesn’t sit right by me, this as was an attack rather than a balanced report. Ceres management have to put investors first.

I feel that Ceres must make an official announcement against the Grizzly report. In my opinion as a listed company they owe it to their shareholders. Even if it is to say they find the report absurdly false or groundless. If you’re listed on the stock exchange surely you protect you our loyal shareholders against fraudulent attacks on the company they’ve invested in?

I know they always say that it’s their policy not to comment on analyst views, but I would’ve made an exception in this instance if I was the CEO of Ceres. This was not analysis, this Grizzly report was a planned tactical attack that was timed to maximise their short position profit and effect. Shockingly illegal practice it could be argued but the market allows it! It’s possibly insider trading as it also could be argued that many were told to hop on the short gravy train before the report was published.

It works on the principle that firms that are being shorted won’t sue shorters cause it costs too much. Even if they do, the shorts can always say they were giving an “opinion”. It’s a spineless business that gets away with manipulating loopholes in the free market. There should be laws against it, just as there are laws against a company giving false info on their quarterly accounts. Shorting is lawless and spineless. AI can now create any bs detailed FAKE report for shorters.

Good point but they have probably been doing it days in advance, premeditated and in my opinion completely illegal.

Read the company reports and accounts, look at the real info, facts and figures such as their huge cash position, look at their balance sheets rather than believe Grizzly lol oh and if you didn't buy this dip, you missed out imho.

Just profit taking and shorts. The fundamentals haven’t changed and it will be over £4 in time. Any day now there’s news coming, mainly from Doosan. This stock can easily go up 50p in a day. Be patient and buy the dips.
