These AC tweets and the RNS this morning seems a storm in a T-cup to me.

The AC tweets actually give several interesting positive insights and they make me think that relocation of their existing miners from Canada to Texas is something they are actively considering as a way of cost effectively utilising some of the 120 to 140 MW of spare capacity they will have remaining available after installing for the 20,000 new Bitmain machines which will take up only 60 to 80 MW of the 200 MW phase 1 capacity. This relocation approach would not only improve efficiency of these existing machines but it would also reduce associated costs on staff / overheads etc if they move to focus 100% in Texas and thereby eliminate multiple location operations.

The RNS this morning has also distracted the market from the “much awaited” October production update RNS and I think that them having today and the weekend before publication is giving the team a bit more time to maximise on new machine installations so that they can declare a good news EH installed rate that’s perhaps up in the region of 1.5

Hmmmm…. Something seems to be going on here what with the ongoing buying during this week and now these holdings related RNS’s just landing late this afternoon. We have a “retiring” NED selling off-book his 14.3% (11.6 million shares) to a new Russian guy who has just given a million quid for these shares. Intriguing……let’s see what the coming weeks bring.

And just noticed that those crafty MMs have hidden a 25000 shares buy this morning over on Aquis exchange….

Seems to be in play this week with quite a number of 10,000 shares and above purchases that have not yet attracted wider PI attention and so the SP has remained stable although the bid has ticked up to 12p today so it looks like the MMS now struggling for stock if this buyer wants more. Wonder if this buying is linked to Russian news that’s expected shortly (it is over 10 months since the re-submission) ?

The use of 42 in the new name could simply be related to the 42 feet length for a type E shipping container, but more intriguingly it could be related to the attached “Container 42” article regarding the development of hyper-smart containers. Wonder if Star are getting involved on this Project as it sounds right up their technical street….

Does this holding being in excess of 30% mean MBU Capital has to make a takeover offer ?

We suffered the SP drop to 20p waiting for game changing news, but now it’s arriving like London buses….Happy long term holder :-)

IMO there will be Institutional Investors sitting up now and taking notice of this Company….let’s get some new holding TR-1s in the coming months as a nice Christmas present.

Good news from another of Riverfort’s investments. This time it’s Kodal minerals who have got their Lithium resource land tenement sorted out to be in a full ownership position. This will make it much more straight forward to proceed towards ultimately achieving development of this highly sorted after commodity for EVs, ceramics, etc, which would be game changing for this Company :-

Perhaps PW wants to wait until Friday for the monthly production RNS in order to be able to also include positive details of a significant % of the additional EH for November that he mentioned in the webcast having been installed. Would love to see 1.5+ EH installed value pop up on the screen at 7am on Friday and it would be well worth a few more sleeps to await for this…..

Be wary here that they appear to have drilled these holes at very shallow angles because RNS is saying the true widths are expected to be only between 20 to 50%…….Most drill results you see reported in the industry are saying that true widths are expected to be in the 60 to 80% range.

I wondered when the logistics issues card would be played here…..answer: today’s trading update.

The unusual leadership set-up here of having co-CEO’s seems to dilute their accountability for Company performance. Who does the buck stop with - Trevor or Antonio ? They are probably in their meetings pointing fingers saying “it’s your fault” and “no it’s your fault” backwards and forwards at each other instead of focusing on fixing this Companies ongoing problems.

Likely that their recently appointed strategic advisors (Viridian) will highlight this matter as one of their review findings and concerns and should strongly recommend that they reorganise the leadership to have a single CEO for clarity of where is the Companies performance responsibility.

Was looking to visit Dubai to attend this event and catch some sunshine, but it’s already sold out. Another clue as to the ongoing popularity and adoption of crypto…..

Rambler up in the 26s today based on their positive finance news published on Friday night.

This would offer a nice and quick circa 40% profit on the 18p shares that Riverfort converted recently, so wouldn’t be surprised if they are at least selling down a good % chunk towards smartly de-risking their investment in RMM and thereby adding to their cash holding in readiness for potential new investments. We should get some news soon…..

Olderandwiser, they will not be dividend payers for at least a few years as they firstly need to get their new Coringa mine & processing plant constructed and brought into full operation, which has the goal to double their current production in order to push them towards being a mid-tier miner.

After that and if the POG and hence their FCF supports paying dividends then I would envisage it will happen as it would promote for their associated market cap valuation increase and that is their stated long term target strategy.

LUXOR are clearly very well respected in the industry and it would not surprise me if they are now eyeing up a stock market listing in USA which would likely result in a significant financial benefit to Argo based on their previous early investment.

South America seems to becoming a riskier place for mining Companies with social unrest, political uncertainty, tax rises etc news being seen to be growing in the likes of Peru, Mexico, Chile.

I think this could benefit countries in Africa like Zambia who are actively making positive moves towards making themselves more attractive locations for mining Companies.

This situation can only help ARCM in their discussions with suitors……

Worth monitoring this for escalation in the coming days / weeks…..if it leads to mine operation shutdowns it will likely be a catalyst for the copper price to rise since we know the stockpile inventories are sitting at low levels……
