Mou is no guarrentee.....but its the official notification on interest......value of matd just increased imo

Adw pc will be motivated by their own needs....and by the signing of the mou...(.approx 80% of pc mou's with local partners are successful..far less with other continents)

China has secured many resources for its domestic needs...oil is needed....geo politics is making it important for it to secure long term supply...and quickly.

That's why I personally have added more to matd as I see an accelerated program for our fields.

Nb I may become a longer term holder..but happy to take the risk...
