It could be they have filled out the form incorrectly and this is Oracles holding being reduced down following placing, not sure as different names entirely from shareholder list in AR.

If this is separate to existing Oracle holding it looks as though EIT were part of the recent equity issue, subsequently topping up to take them over 3% yesterday.

THG pushing ahead with a glitzy London address, can't be bad for brand image..

Despite pinging emails back and forth for last couple of weeks there is not much to report, for updates I think we have to rely on management to keep investors appraised as to where they are in the process.

Portfolio is now heavily weighted (75%) towards a successful transition for all three companies.

The U.S. and China have signed agreements for cooperating on financial stability, according to a People’s Bank of China

readout Monday.

The agreement was part of a meeting of the U.S.-China Financial Working Group in Shanghai Thursday and Friday.

The readout described the conversation as “professional, pragmatic, candid and constructive,” according to a CNBC translation of the Chinese.

Similar to my other two holdings (THG, S4) which are in the transition category, neither have any regular UK institutions onboard which is primarily a function of investing mandates, and being outside of the FTSE index.

As can be seen below Oxford has a wide range of US ETF's, funds, hope to see at least some of this replicated once the change over is complete.

Something investors may not be aware of and could act as a potential catalyst is how Oxford Nano is listed, until recently ONT retained a 'Standard' listing on the stock market which then progressed into the 'transition' category following implementation of FCA regime changes.

As can be seen in the FTSE rankings, Oxford Nano has no official designation, in other words its not currently included in the FTSE250 and therefore out of bounds for most regular fund managers,.

The good news is the 'transition' category precedes a move to a full listing which should see Oxford Nanopore comfortably enter the FTSE250 classification, at this point I would expect to see FTSE trackers take up their required allocation.

Its all a bit new, so no benchmark as to how long it takes moving from the 'transition' category and onto the main index.

According to their TR1 on 7th Aug, Novo acquired 43,982,155 shares in the placing

On the 14th Aug a second TR1 declared 47,593,969 a difference of 3,611,814 at 120p (assumed as no price given) a share this would equate to £4,334,117 in monetary terms.

That leaves a balance of £ 5,665,823 to acquire additional shares up to their stated limit of £10m should they wish to do so.

Working out how many shares or percentage Novo intends to purchase post their initial investment, broken into two parts as a bit wordy.

'Novo Holdings has committed a strategic investment of up to £60 million. If such amount is scaled back by proceeds raised from the Placing (by a maximum of £10 million), Novo Holdings currently intends, subject, inter alia, to availability and price, to add over time to their initial primary investment through further market purchases up to the amount scaled back.,

Second announcement:

As a result of the successful placing, the subscription by Novo Holdings A/S ("Novo Holdings") has been reduced from £60 million such that it will subscribe for 41,666,667 New Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription Shares") at the Placing Price, raising gross proceeds of approximately £50 million.

Novo Holdings currently intends, subject, inter alia, to availability and price, to add over time to their initial primary investment through further market purchases of up to £10 million.

The partnership with Nuxe was agreed sometime ago, back in 2020 - not sure why it has taken so long for this to evolve to where we are now, perhaps existing agreements or Ingenuity not having correct locations.

Sofina must have fair control being 50% stake holders of Nuxe, and funding their expansion.

Chinese drugmaker Innovent Biologics Inc., chip packaging provider ASMPT Ltd, and container shipper Cosco Shipping Holdings Co. are among the names touted by analysts as candidates to join the equity benchmark. Hang Seng Indexes Co. announces the results on Friday.

With no constituent changes in February and just a single addition in May, there’s expectation for more joiners this time around. The benchmark currently has 82 members, and the index compiler plans to expand the number to 100 and achieve a more balanced representation of industries.

Doing the math on current aggregated short positions it works out at just under £51m, that's pretty lumpy for a stock with such a small free float plus there is NASDAQ to consider.
