Yorek, that Glassmon interview felt more like a counselling session, i stopped before the end as it felt too awkward.

The interviewer didn't stop talking about Glassmon, everytime Matt said something about THG she responded by 'yes, we have one of those at Glassmon' lol..

The best thing that's come out of this for me is Mikes involvement, hopefully he can take Matt under his wing so to speak having being through the mincer himself, either that or gently move him aside and take the reigns himself .

Frasers has a small part of their operation on Ingenuity, we don't know the value as a whole if they were to start shifting more of their brands over similar to Pentland, they do have a big Sports Direct distro hub in Shirebrook but how much of that is automated i don't know.

It would take a while for Frasers to declare, each 1% is now 152,576,463 shares, 3% threshold could be a long way off.

I have read that statement a few times and it still reads as two options, at least that's my take on it.

No matter, the board should recognise the significance and try to alleviate any unnecessary delays.

Yep, it was quite a lump of shares (so many parallels to THG) which many picked up on at the time, there was also a mention on various social media outlets, Barons I think not 100% sure.

tbh, I didn't think the Q3 update was that bad, most of which had already been flagged at the interim's in Sept.

I do move around weightings from one stock to another, sold some S4 to move into THG following demerger but overall still invested, long game unless a suitor pops up.

Need to go through each Vanguard fund as I suspect more selling, normally if one goes the rest are not far behind - S4 is now moving firmly into small cap territory being sub £200m, that in itself may have triggered some selling as just too small.

Totally crazy..unless props are working an order, that would explain some of the weakness..

I can see China banning short selling as part of their stimulus package, there's already measures (not unlike those being proposed in UK currently) to push institutions into favouring local companies.

Given the strength of underlying Product Sales and Alliance Revenue, as well as increased confidence in achieving certain sales-based milestones, the Company raises its Total Revenue and Core EPS guidance for FY 2024 at CER.

Those that took part in the £95m fund raising are now c12% underwater, on top of that the ratio to which they can subscribe to Ingenuity shares has also dropped.

Relevant given current price movements;

'As stated above, the Board has approved an equity valuation for IngenuityCo of up to £100m. The Valuation, derived from an attributed enterprise value of the Ingenuity division of up to £307m and adjusted for expected post-Demerger IngenuityCo net debt (including lease liabilities and approximately £75m of cash from the Fundraise which will be transferred into IngenuityCo prior to completion of the Demerger), will be confirmed by the Board at the time of the Demerger Circular. However, in determining the definitive Valuation, the Board anticipates also taking into account fluctuations in the market capitalisation of THG such that if, at the latest practicable date prior to the publication of the Demerger Circular, the market capitalisation of THG is:
