Its going to knock profits on FB & Co but ad spend may turn to home markets as a result, could be some upside for companies like S4..

These sort of stories have been doing the round for sometime, might benefit smaller players long term (not specifically ad tech, automated ad serving)

Lack of volume, as mentioned the last TR1 was due a small amount of shares being bought triggering the 1% requirement.

There's only so many shares funds outside of the core hold, ETF's/trackers have a fair amount but its not inexhaustible.

In theory, the higher core holders increase by, the longer it takes to fulfil remaining orders.
