Cheers MM, my take is based on personal experience after reviewing many, many share registers over the years, both as a private investor and working on behalf of listed companies.

Argus Vickers (link below) is a company that I have mentioned before, for a small fee (£350-400) the initial register can be ordered which is a reflection of everything registered in Crest, 100% accurate and down to individual holders names even if held via a broker such as Halifax.

If there were 5-10% retail, I would expect this to show with many more attending this years AGM, especially given the horrendous share price performance, truly horrific.

My suggestion to use Sharesoc (link below) who are generally recognised as a leading resource for UK private investors being well versed communicating at board level did not receive a reply.

I've excluded HNW individuals such as mark Evans and so on, its directed more at us lot on the various forums..that said, I only read this one so it could be an understatement.

Lucapizza, always best to print out the AGM notice from your broker along with ID, AGM's are getting stricter for entry with many going online (much to the dismay of shareholders)

I am very much in favour of Frasers buying, if indeed it is them - moving shares from non-sticky hands (ETF's/trackers) into long term investors has to be a good thing imo, similar thing happening over at S4, see thread posts for detail.

Still a ways to go for a full recovery but its helpful to get further confirmation of recent guidance from both THG and Glanbia, H2 is when processing is expected to ramp up but unsure of exact timing.

This is for the US market although in theory supply increased supply should help global prices, expecting a small drop tomorrow for EU two week survey (https://www.clal.it/en/index.php?section=whey) based on recent EU futures prices.

If we get a TR1 from Frasers this week that will be 6-7 weeks since last..

USDA raises milk production forecasts for 2025 and 2026

Dairy product prices are forecast to be lower for butter, NDM, cheese and whey in 2026 compared with 2025, primarily due to increased milk supplies, USDA says. Cheese is forecast to average $1.800 per pound, butter $2.450, NDM $1.215 and whey $0.470.

- There is an article in Cityam today stating that they are now profitable. It looks as though that has turned out to be an excellent buy.

I asked about this sometime ago, its basically cost - there's also a interview where the same question was raised, slightly different answer from memory along the lines of 'big fish in small pond' rather than the other-way around.

Don't forget we are still in the 'transition' category on LSE which will be outside most regular UK funds mandate.

Its a natural choice as THG is already managing part of their business anyway, also part of their issue (REVB) is with tariffs into the US - could THG swap over in-house US production away from China to lessen dependence ?
