Updated my spread sheet as to who is holding what. Cannot see any change in major holders since M & G purchases earlier in the year.

Looking at CPP their holding is in GBP, looking at the 15th which is when they reported crossing threshold only 38k of shares traded, either side of this date similar amounts which suggests no significant trading took place.

Interested to see if Kelso openly talk about THG at their Mello presentation, the AGM next day is probably a formality in terms of voting but any share purchases should improve things towards end of week.

Cenkos forecasting net cash for 2024 at £4.7m and $12.4m 2025, that's plenty spare so would imagine the board have other plans for a bolt on acquisition to speed things up a bit?

The uncertainly and selling pressure is likely caused by doubt on the above cash flow, probably in part due to the hints on raising finance which the board have other uses for, i.e possible acquisition.

It might be helpful to communicate this strategy better to alleviate any concerns.

Société Générale have an interesting web page for HKX, it gives daily volumes for short selling which is very unusual - we already have accumulated volumes via links below, but daily is something new to me..

During the highs short selling can hit 25% of the daily volume which then tapers off the lower share price, it clearly matches the overall chart which supports the idea no major holders are selling with price moves being driven by short sellers.

I find this quite reassuring as again, it suggests the price is at an artificial low which will reverse at some point.

That's the first notification of a seller for sometime and agree, likely caused some of the weakness compounded by shorts.
