Crafty, I get where you coming from and yes, one could argue that is the case..

Many readers however will read too much into that and then its all Matt's fault yada yada ya when it doesn't happen, that's my concern.

If THG decide to list elsewhere we will have plenty of notice, firstly THG will have to notify shareholders of their intentions, possibly requiring a vote - depending on what tier of what exchange it will require and SEC submission and likely a share reorganisation to qualify, there is also a minimum period of trading at that level which might be a year.

If its announced we can then have a look at individual requirement.

HUTCHMED Announces that Inmagene Exercises Option to License Two Drug Candidates as Part of Strategic Partnership

Hong Kong, Shanghai & Florham Park, NJ — Friday February 2, 2024: HUTCHMED (China) Limited (“HUTCHMED”)

(Nasdaq/AIM:​HCM; HKEX:​13) today announced that, Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals (“Inmagene”) has exercised options to license two drug candidates discovered by HUTCHMED, IMG-007 and IMG-004 (the “Options”) pursuant to the terms of the strategic partnership announced on January 11, 2021. Following the exercise of the Options and subject to receipt by HUTCHMED of ordinary shares representing approximately 7.5% of shares (fully diluted) in Inmagene, Inmagene will be granted an exclusive license to further develop, manufacture and commercialize these two drug candidates worldwide.

As part of the partnership, HUTCHMED granted Inmagene exclusive options to multiple drug candidates solely for the treatment of immunological diseases. Since the execution of the Option agreement, Inmagene has funded and led two of these candidates, IMG-004 and IMG-007, to clinical development. For each of the drug candidates, IMG-004 and IMG-007, HUTCHMED is entitled to receive potential payments subject to the achievement of development milestones of up to US$92.5 million and subject to the achievement of commercial milestones of up to US$135 million, as well as royalties upon commercialization.

I can't keep up, it was only Tuesday panic had set in with a handful of redundancies ..

FTSE futures looking a bit brighter, I see FB starting their own share buy back.

Glanbia's dairy operation is US based along with whey protein, they are direct competitors to THG nutrition on many fronts.

I can't see how you would overcome that hurdle, there must be many other opportunities for both sides elsewhere.

There are so many hurdles for that to happen it would be very hard to imagine.

The more I look at the markets the more I think those trading are really not interested in company fundamentals.

Thin market - have a look at todays detailed S4 RNS/comment, applicable here too I would have thought

You can get a sense of just how thin the market is with today's RNS, most trades less than 5,000 shares with the odd 10k thrown in, not many institutional sellers at this level so far.

This is the thing with prop traders churning stock, actual underlying market is very different.

There was a thread on Glanbia sometime ago, the gist was that Glanbia would be a good fit as they use 3PL from similar locations to Ingenuity, only (slight) problem of course is being main competitors.

Glanbia do have their own dairy production with spin off being whey, that's a nice set-up to have.
