Daisan, It's easily done if you're preferred broker is off the bid or for the purpose of 'spoofing', quite often seen on illiquid SETS with a wide spread too, usually on the long side in my experience, in auction or just prior to give a blue day, affects daily mas then. Lots of murk eh.

Whichever entity holds the licences within the FRR group would come under the control of outrider as they would have been issued equity to cover the debt thus giving them control over the company. Would be a 90% dilution or something like that, just conjecture mind, but it's a way of preserving the company and the ownership of the licenses and possibly in the event of the worst case short term scenario for equity holders, perhaps giving some value going forward although it is likely to be private.

As far as the small amount of shorts go, usually with IG it takes 12 months to be paid out at which point the broker assumes no relist and settles although I would expect most shorts would close grey market before then.

Star, senior lender DFE swap could probably be engineered to leave FRR as a going concern with different governance, although dilutive to equity holders.

I realise BG chart was for a laugh and your, Endion, frustration at C2s refusal to post any working/chart but the inexperienced and perhaps experienced investors who dismiss TA really are missing out on an incredibly valuable complimentary tool (I'm going to regret that term) to aid you in your entry and exit strategies.

As a very experienced technical trader I'm very happy to post charts (although I almost exclusively trade indices/commds) on interesting companies like this and compare notes with Endion or whomever.

They do work you know, but everything else being equal these low volume periods throw up an annoying, to the investor, number of ifs and buts.
