Probably a lot of 'investors' have full time proper jobs whereas those of us who characterise ourselves as full time traders have the time, inclination and the leisure to get the experience where we are comfortable trading.

It's also to do with capital allocation if this is your sole income and you're not a squillionaire already.

Taking into account this mostly just tracked the wounded old Dax yesterday I'm still quite interested to see the reaction to a rise to 610-631 as this rally has tracked the 4hr pretty hard and has dipped under the 12ma on that time frame

Those numbers are where it will run back into it. If it doesn't reject there then it's long to 703 and gap fill imo.

Actually it was pretty funny and the multi caveat/if/but was spot on, TA can be guilty as charged. Does work on AIM, think it's a bit of an urban myth that it doesn't, but really needs something to work with re vol/vola

Moderately amusing sp and I presume a gentle dig at C2 and the low volume/low volatility situation here currently, but I'm sure you don't intend to give the impression that technical analysis is a waste of time, after all the entire professional trading world relies upon it.

It's now a cash shell trading at around 4x NAV, that's a lot of expectation but maybe the Tinkler effect is behind it.
