A fantastic RNS and most importantly, this has become a de risked investment case.. growth , dividends and these are only going to increase.. price will get to Nav .. I would say they are looking at a share buyback which will only improve the investment case.. well done NNR

Nav at 147 now if i'm correct, 60 % discount to NAV and a 9 % yield.. market very rarely gives these opportunities.

Yes thats 9 %.. market will have to rerate this, can see this back at 150 and a 6 % yield
