Shipping window is now open - nothing was going to happen till now cause they couldnt ship it anyway. They have been talking to the Chinese and other Nickel Ore consumers - hope we might get an RNS soon with some orders
The RNS today is a positive step - For those that havnt seen it.
Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo" or the "Company") (AIM:TMC)is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ken Stein as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the
Company, effective 1 April 2010. Based in Manila, Mr Stein will be responsible
for managing Toledo's assets in the Philippines and will report directly to the
Chairman, Reg Eccles.
Ken Stein joins Toledo from European Nickel PLC where he has been responsible
for managing European Nickel's participation in the Acoje heap leach nickel
project in the Philippines. Prior to joining European Nickel, he held a variety
of senior positions at BHP Billiton, including project, operations and general
management. Ken has over 30 years engineering and technical experience during
which time he has worked for mining companies operating in a number of countries
and variety of metals, including ferrous minerals and nickel, as well as
building processing plants.
Toledo recently announced the commencement of an extensive drilling programme at
Berong, on the west coast of Palawan island, with a target todelineate a JORC
resource of over 40 million tonnes of nickel laterite ore, which the Directors
consider would be sufficient to support a potential nickel mine producing
20,000 tonnes per annum of nickel.
Commenting on the announcement, Reg Eccles, Chairman, said "We are delighted to

managing the construction of new processing plants, will be invaluable in
growing Toledo as we push forward, along with our Philippines partners, to
becoming a major value added nickel producer."
