I am always sceptical about values attributed by a CEO to his own products. At the end of the day the market will decide.

Having said that, it seems spin offs appear to be the best way to realise value for shareholders. I am OK with capital from initial spin offs being reinvested to grow other businesses. But at some point shareholders will need to see a return on investment. I am happy to wait in anticipation as this company is definitely in a market that has huge potential for products that work.

Thanks for correcting me. So ca £23m of Opti’s £42m market cap is covered by Skin. Does anyone have values of other listed investments?

By most definitions this truly has been an Annus Horribilis. Quite a few I have known are now no longer having succumbed to Covid. As Greatlanders we have had tremendous material fortune running alongside the ghastly events across the world.

We only have Inferred resource figure so far. We still need to work out economics of mine and a more accurate figure for resource. Next big milestone for me is the Pre Feasibility Study, followed by a Bankable Feasibility Study.

I would also add, as a guess, that Institutional holders had a say in GH being removed.

From what I can gather, some PIs are topping up, but there is a big transition from PIs to Institutional holders taking place.

IIs have already made their presence felt at the AGM, as one resolution had to be withdrawn, and significant opposition to Latcham registered.

I think there is a transition in ownership taking place from private investors to institutional ones.

Already retired since age 50. Sipp was looking desperate until this year, which is about to bring Sipp close to pension limits! Retirement is going to be a lot more comfortable.
