So you know the answer...... and you have the information..... but you would rather not opt for the short post and answer the question. You prefer to type a belittling post of many more words on order to put me down...... says an awful lot more about you than it does my ability to use google and my skills at long division. You petty little keyboard warrior.
I know this has been asked before but I can’t find the thread....... for every billion in company value what is the equivalent increase in SP? Yesterday I saw post where someone suggested a value of 8.88 billion which someone else said meant a share value of £2.30 ish....... is that correct? Thank you
This is my relative newbie, slightly sheepish opinion....... I don't really know all the personalities on here as yet..... but what I see is a lot of squabbling....... There seems to be a consensus around two or three posters that there intentions are not honest. Why argue with them/respond to them. Surely if nobody gave them the oxygen of attention they seem to crave then they would simple fizzle away? It feels as if the flames are continually fanned here.
Here's hoping for good news soon.
Bosh! Another cheeky grand in.... another 4000 shares...... my best estimate is £1.15/share plus an additional amount to recognise the future value of the stuff in the ground.... there are only going to be more electric vehicles on the road in future. Feeling confident.
The disclosure table on the Takeover Panel’s website still shows as ‘no offeror’..... does anyone know what the process is? Would an offer have to appear there first? Before it’s picked up by The market? Or is it simultaneous?
Thank you..... broadly speaking the value and the maths surrounding all of the understandable company stuff is fairly standard..... so the various bidders should all arrive at similar valuations..... so the difference in bids/valuations boils down to the ‘goodwill’..... different bidders will have different views/formulae for assessing that goodwill. I guess.
First time poster...... I’ve followed this BB for a little while...... mostly it’s been really informative and there are clearly some pretty knowledgable folk involved here...... so let me say thank you for that...... I’m equally aware that I see plenty of posts where you rip one another apart...... fine sport indeed!..... to that end, this is a mildly trepidatious question. I have ‘done my own research’, I am a novice shareholder, I do run/own a small/medium size business, I do understand basic company financials, I am a modest shareholder in EUA, I do wear a platinum wedding ring!...... of all the various valuations I have seen, I haven’t seen any numbers attributed to goodwill...... there seems to be suggested values in the ground, value of infrastructure, value in a balance sheet, etc but I haven’t seen a numbers attributed to goodwill...... there must be a general value associated with the fact that EUA is a going concern? There must be a value associated with the fact that PGMs are critical to ‘future’ industries...... there aren’t going to be less electric vehicles on the road going forwards..... is there an adjustment in value made to recognise what will only be growing demand? Doubtless I’ll be ripped apart if my question is that of a dullard!
