Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Checked back today to find fort spouting more nonsense about BR. Don't think he realizes these finds aren't spending 'blackrocks' money, but investors and funds who trust their research.
Did he ever explain how br moving between funds lowers our SP? That was a bold stupid swing from a stupid ramper
Red will keep ramping because he's deep underwater and needs his kids' inheritance back before anyone realises he sunk too much in. Or before he dies.
Slug will keep getting banned because he can't help the GB news-flavoured bile he's been fed on Telegram spilling out.
Bubble will keep repeating what everyone says until he's granted a brain. Poor love.
And I'll keep being correct, and reminding rampers of this fact, all the way into next year.
Remember to apply the logic test: if the smart money thought we were going to be taken over soon, we wouldn't be sub-1bn cap. When the first bid is due, we'll be plenty up. And, on cue, enter:Brainless Noront BS!
I'll leave you all to your party. Just don't spend 3 months of your life on here.
For clarity, I'm not implying that HH and slug are the same person. HH might struggle with English but he's a lot brighter than that cretin!
Interesting. He and slug both talking about swap positions...
Search team has it in the disclosure, definitely. As I say, it's at least double. Short of giving you the name of the CT (obv can't do that!) I've made it as clear as I can.
Slug, your references to 'swaps' show you have absolutely no clue about main-lines, covers, defence or ind/dir, and this is why I wanted to check Add (or anyone) would understand an explanation. You probably have less idea here than you do about temperature (and that's saying something!). Take your brand of ugly stupid elsewhere - I'll ignore you.
Whatever you say, new poster. You're the expert...
Not what we're discussing though, AN. Do keep up!
No problem, DM. As I've maintained throughout, this absolutely will get taken over (or fail, but that's a negligible risk I'm ignoring). I would suggest action in H1 2024 is highly likely. Don't think we'll get a bidding war, but price will be multiples of the lows we saw recently. That's IMO, obviously - nothing to support that beyond what's already here.
Wow, AnnaNuva- do enlighten us. How does this 'stop nothing'? I know it won't stop the rampers, but be serious for a minute please. Is it routable? If so, how?
Add, it is nothing more than someone with a lot of shares making it very difficult to roll solg until exp. Reasons for that are anyone's guess. But we won't find a buyer this year, and it's that I've been trying to tell people who are reading rampy nonsense. I didn't want this on the board, and would happily get it removed. That's not me saying I think it has impacted the sp- it just isn't public.
Not as simple as that, DM. As you can see I'm trying to be helpful! Do you know much about corp search teams at CTs? Won't name the one whose work I'm quoting but think ADM/Koch etc. and you won't be far wrong. They aren't sub-trap when it's near-domain. You could probably ask anyone under the umbrella and they'll be able to show you their workings! For clarity, solg is the only share I'm interested in enough to exploit this, so I won't be proxy for other info. The market since Sept has known the same thing. The anomaly is WI, but I think he was probably just a bit slow to ask the right question, hence the delay in climb down. Or he did know, and that's why he has been so cagey about time frames.
It's a direct-indirect block swap that shows up in inter-arb. Someone with big numbers is keen that this either builds value or preps to spin-out before any action. Could be another reason. Doing it this way means suitors don't need to get into the books to know to hold off. 2024 exp- think I mentioned that. That's how I can be so confident that neither Jiangxi nor anyone else will drop a bid until next year.
And to the person who asked, I'm not HH. He seems to understand filings well so I'd guess his background is finance legals. His English is poor, suggesting non-UK, and he spends a lot of time hounding our famous Canadian investor, who is currently executing a quieting of the rhetoric, you'll note. No buyer this year - Bob spoke too soon, and he doesn't call all the shots, he's now seen. Problem with big bodies on the book.
Fort is lashing out again, I see.
He evades scrutiny for his ridiculous posts by filtering those who call him out.
He still hasn't explained how Blackrock moving shares between their funds keeps the solg share price down (!) He clearly said it was the likely cause of a bad run for the SP. It was clearly totally bonkers, and a deliberate ramp on his part, but when I asked about it he filtered me and keeps posting nonsense. Listen to jokers like him at your peril.
Routable = undone without paying a toxic penalty
This is why I wanted to know if add actually understands corporate action, defence etc. It seems he and others don't. I'm not surprised, given the vague, vacuous nature of his previous posts.
In the short time I've been here I've been accused of a lot. The rampers don't like it up 'em. Water off a duck's proverbial. I know how I'm making my money- let the underwater twerps say what they want. Just don't like to see newbies duped.
Also, as an aside, had you ever totted up the month of your life you've spent typing on here? Didn't even factor in the reading you clearly do... Ouch. 2 months? 2.5?
Still no answer, add? The emperor has no clothes. You're busted, little buddy. And you haven't even the grace to admit it.
One last time to remind everyone of the question our resident expert in the city can't answer: what sort of corporate action would our recent investors have to deploy to acquire solg? There is literally no way you don't know this if you are who you say you are. Come on, chap- just one little question!
Quad, there's a subtlety here. I'm not claiming to be able to predict if or when solg will get taken over. For all I know the management will dilute is to oblivion and we may find ourselves unable to do further royalty deals. What I can say, categorically and with a greater degree of confidence than anyone here seems to think possible (which is hilarious, as it shows posters with 11000+ posts here don't understand investing!) is that it will NOT sell this year.
Just run the numbers on add. Let's say each post takes him 3 minutes (which is generous given their lack of insight, I admit), he has spent nearly a month of this one lifetime posting on this message board.
An actual calendar month. Poor chap- no wonder he has resorted to making up careers. It explains why he's so angry at someone informing him he won't get out in 2023...
So just to be crystal clear, add, you are freely admitting that, despite claiming to have lots more experience of corporate action than me (even though you don't know me), you don't know what type of TO you are waiting for? Because I've asked 3 times and you've not answered. And yet, somehow, I'm the one who lacks knowledge and is 'condescending'?
If you take back that comment and admit that I might know a little more about these matters than you, I'll help you with your homework and tell you why this won't sell in '23, and how I've known that since exactly September last year. Otherwise, your hypocrisy is apparent to everyone, and your bluster is a transparent attempt to cover for your ignorance.
You might not like me, and certainly your attacks would imply that, but I think you'll find my input helpful if you can play nice.
You're on here spouting about CA you don't even understand! Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. Two word answer saves your blushes, otherwise I think you'll need a long break or a new alias. This is delicious.
