RE: Significant shareholders & who took the 16m ?13 Aug 2019 22:46
not at all ... I know as much or as little as anyone reading the tweets and RNS .
July 11th...
"RNS out in the morning with details, but a little research on Integumen significant shareholders would provide answers. It is one large transaction and one single allocation to one buyer. No overhang. Done in less than an hour."
"The second one is a subsequent trade from the first larger trade to one single party. You can wait for the RNS or match the exact number with a significant shareholder on the Rule 26 AIM Integumen website."
and then on the 12th after the RNS...
"First, while it took days to complete the paperwork, it took less than 90 minutes for Turner Pope to place 30,071,428 or to be precise, £566,846 worth of Integumen shares for Venn. Being over-subscribed, there was demand for another 5 million, from one buyer alone.
I am deeply grateful for the support of long term investors of Integumen, not just to the single long-term investor who purchased 16m of the 30m yesterday."
All I m trying to work out is if I have missed seeing the "match" that was mentioned regards the 16m going to one buyer 'cos I can't find it, I didn't look at the time (12th) and I think the significant shareholder list was updated on the 30th July ... I was hoping someone would know.
Just trying to learn.
