If you put 1 in front of the current price it would still be lower than the Canaccord's 1.85 target and don't forget that was based on a 31mt resource and gold prices which were over 20% lower. No doubt we will get a bit of turbulence on the way up but I intend to sit back and enjoy the ride to production which considering we are in June in a few days is not far away.

Surely Bernard must be discussing the substantial increase in the price of gold with Hainan. It's now over $2400 up circa 20% this year already. It would be great to see some value ascribed to Kodal considering the company's 5 gold projects. The current low valuation can't continue for long especially as the months tick by closer to production.

This is like a coiled spring as I can't see investors staying on the sidelines for long.

Perhaps they are waiting for the resource update so they can put that on the new site. Hopefully that would ignite a bit more interest as it's just moving sideways at the moment.

A bid will be worth what someone is willing to pay for it. The current mkt cap suggests failure so basing that as a starting point is a waste of time. This could be worth £12 plus next year without a bid if the turnaround continues which I believe it will. Asos is also down to these levels due to the amount of shorts, they will have to close at some point and I'm sure some will be thinking about it soon with falling interest rates and an improving economy etc. Barker is increasing too which is a good sign.

It's still not easy to buy any large amounts so I can see the price increasing. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they have hit a rich vein of large stones... The large ones often come around like the No.9 bus.

I wouldn't be surprised if he continues to buy over the coming days. He will have a much better insight than the hedge funds shorting.

Market size has increased to 3m from 1.5m, that's a good sign going forward. They are obviously expecting some larger trades going through as we get closer to production.

J p morans are not the best stock pickers. They were negative on DARK and RR. Enough said...

They are quoting 11.6 for just 500,000. Come on MM's let me buy.

The shorters algo needs adjusting to the news flow. I think they will get buggered if they find some more like this.

It's just not DARK, most of the companies have had the pee taken out of them. More will be taken over for so called premiums but its meaningless when they have been shorted so much. The trick is to find another company which has been shorted for a takeover. There are plenty out there.

If politics were involved who would want to invest in China or the USA. Biden or Trump can hardly be cited as great leaders, they are a couple of old codgers Although the UK from a political point of view isn't great, the same could be said of most countries. People need to get off the Brexit bandwagon as its history and the UK is still muddling along. The reason for the UK having a cheap stock market is because the hedge funds have decimated it. If I look back at my portfolio over the years many companies have been taken over by US companies, another DARK has had a recommended offer last week.

These companies are being set up for takeovers, why the politicians can't see this is beyond me. I don't believe the hedge funds are that stupid enough to be shorting the likes of DARK honestly thinking they will fail.

The problem is just not about enticing new companies to list, it's keeping existing companies to stay listed or being taken over because of the culture which is rife with hedge funds shorting and using the press to assist them in their dastardly practice. The hedge funds have killed the UK market, this is what they should be addressing.
