Just got round to watching the videos and reading the rns. Sishir spoke about multiple other prospects for hydro power. No doubt it would make cost to produce even lower, reduce carbon footprint, all steps in the right direction. Is this something we could self fund, take on debt to complete? Ideas on how it might affect production costs?
I’m still accumulating here. My original exit strategy was to triple my investment but now the more I learn about graphite and it’s applications and future demand I’m not so sure. I feel like this could go much further. Do you folks have an exit number in mind?
I don’t know how familiar you are with open source software but pretty much everybody is using it in their e-commerce platforms especially within the browser but sometimes on the server too. The two big recent scares were popular libraries often used as sub dependencies being hijacked to inject malicious code. These libraries are rarely if ever properly scrutinised and make up the majority of what we call the modern web today. The malicious code need not necessarily live inside your network it could be send out to your clients machine where it can siphon data. Anyway when I was looking for companies that offer automated monitoring of packages and verification of modules dark wasn’t one of those companies that offered the service which seems crazy because looking for similar patterns within compressed code seems like something dark would excel at. It’s a big problem right now in open source software and it’s all oh a matter of time before it happens again, dark could clean the market and it would provide a foot in the door to provide additional services. Anyway I can natter about tech all day. Thanks for attending my ted talk.
Personally I could see dark getting bought by a company like Microsoft or cloudflare. Dark would do well under azure as you already provision services and configure your network so it would make a good fit in my view. My only disappointment with dark is that they don’t have any tools atleast as far as I’ve seen that can detect malware inside modules installed from npm which is a huge market as it includes pretty much everything on a modern JavaScript stack. I believe some competitors are already in this space and so it’s a bit concerning to see such a small company which should be nimble move so slow.
This is the one I’m most excited about this first quarter. I hope they don’t disappoint.
Gutted I didn’t get a chance to load up because of its suspension. I’ve had money ready for when it came back on the exchange.
There’s too much noise on this board very little information of any value actually being shared. On a different board where there were similar issues everybody just agreed to filter the clowns and within a couple of weeks with no attention they’d all left. I’d suggest we look at doing the same here. Hopefully whatever is left is worth reading?
I’m sitting on a million shares and I’m here for commercialisation. I don’t care for the daily price movements unless I’m buying or selling and I have no intention of selling prior to us signing a commercial contract.
I don’t care for any additional opportunities right now, my only concern is that they take one of our existing opportunities to commercialisation and start to bring in an income. Everything else other than that is a distraction. Personally I agree with the current strategy being taken.
I managed to get a tranche at 178.7 and a second at 179.2. Lots of buying at that price. Hopefully that was the floor and it bounces back up from here. I’m only a short term holder but it seemed pretty clear to me that this was over done and a good opportunity to make money when the share price recovers.
Same strategy as you Ian. I’m here to make money, I’m not personally or emotionally invested in any company. If it feels cheap I buy and hopefully if it goes back up I sell. I don’t need to agree with a company and it’s ethics to appreciate when an opportunity to make money presents itself.
I don't care for this stock. I bought in after the wages scandal as I felt it was over sold then and made a packet. Just bought again. It feels way oversold, only here for the bounce back up. Feels like a no brainier only time will tell.
