Wishbone Gold announces fundraising

Wishbone Gold has announced a fundraising to boost the company's working capital for exploration work this season in Queensland, Australia. The company plans to raise £0.5m through the conditional placing and open offer of up to 32.7 new shares at 1.5p each.Proceeds will be used to fund the 6,300 hectare Wishbone II tenement in Queensland.Wishbone has extended the area of potential mineralisation at the Hanging Valley and Oaky Mill prospects following a soil sampling. However, the rainy season has limited activities at the moment. Shares fell 7.14% to 1.62p at 15:08 on Friday.RD
