LONDON (Alliance News) - TyraTech Inc said Wednesday that it has raised GBP307,750 from the exercise of warrants over 6.16 million shares by American Vanguard Corp for a price of 5 pence per warrant.
The warrants were granted to American Vanguard in an agreement in April 2013.
"This warrant exercise reflects American Vanguard's firm belief in the continued growth and commercial success of TyraTech," said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Vanguard Eric Wintemute in a statement.
"Expected strong future demand for these human health care products reinforces the attractiveness of our ownership position in TyraTech," Wintemute added.
Shares in TyraTech are trading up 0.9% at 7.95 pence Wednesday.
