LONDON (Alliance News) - Tufton Oceanic Assets Ltd on Tuesday said it agreed to buy two product tankers for USD36 million, taking its total fleet to 10 vessels.
The shipping company said each vessel will have a time charter of two to three years to a major commodity trading and logistics company.
Looking ahead, Tufton Oceanic said it will to continue to identify an attractive pipeline of opportunities across a range of its target sectors.
Tufton Oceanic shares were trading 0.6% higher on Tuesday at USD1.06 each.
