LONDON (Alliance News) - Tufton Oceanic Assets Ltd said Thursday that it acquired a handysize - or smaller - bulk carrier for USD12.9 million.
The vessel will have a time charter of two to two-and-a-half years to a leading operator of handysize bulkers, the company exlained.
Tufton shares were untraded at USD1.06 each on Thursday.
