Tracsis issues 24k shares to employees

(ShareCast News) - Tracsis confirmed on Friday that, following the receipt of a notice of exercise of employee options, it has issued 24,428 ordinary shares of 0.4p each.The AIM-traded firm said application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 26 January."Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares in issue will increase to 27,819,026," the board said in a statement.
