Totally CEO steps down for personal reasons

Totally announced Friday the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Clare Wexler. Wexler, who has been at the helm of the digital services company since last May, is stepping down with immediate effect for personal reasons.Wendy Lawrence, the Managing Director of subsidiary Totally Health, will be acting as Chief Executive as the company searches for a replacement. Lawrence previously worked for BUPA Health Dialog and has run her own company, working closely with NHS and Social Care organisations across England, Wales and Scotland.Her NHS career spans 23 years during which time she was Chief Executive of three large Primary Care Trusts with a combined budget of £460m. Totally delivers publishing and internet and communications services to businesses and the healthcare sector.Shares plunged 11.29% to 1.38p at 11:29 Friday.RD
