(Sharecast News) - Healthcare services business Totally announced on Friday that chief executive Wendy Lawrence had agreed to step down from the role and leave the board, with immediate effect.
Totally said it would initiate a formal search process to identify a new CEO as soon as possible but until such time, chief operating officer Prasad Godbole had been appointed to the role of interim CEO. Godbole will report directly to chairman Simon Stilwell.
Stilwell said: "I would like to thank Wendy for her contribution to Totally plc over the last 12 years. In that time the business has grown considerably both organically and by acquisition and successfully expanded its offering to be one of the leading independent healthcare providers today."
As of 0915 GMT, Totally shares were down 10% at 4.10p.
