TMT Investments Puts USD1 Million Into Anews Fundraising

Tue, 26th Aug 2014 09:58

LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC Tuesday said it has invested USD1 million in a new fundraising round for Anews Inc, a US-based global news-reading service and behavioural advertising network.

As part of the USD3 million equity fundraising for Anews, TMT has bought preferred shares in the company for USD1 million. The deal will give TMT a 9.1% stake in Anews's fully-diluted equity capital.

The new investment by TMT comes after it last week spent USD600,000 to buy shares in Adinch Inc, a real-time bidding mobile advertising network.

TMT shares were untraded on Tuesday, quoted at 1.93375 pence.
