The Fulham Shore Opens Two Franco Manca Restaurants

Mon, 20th Apr 2015 10:29

LONDON (Alliance News) - The Fulham Shore PLC Monday said it has opened two new Franco Manca restaurants, both of which are experiencing "positive" early trading.

The restaurants have been opened in London at Belsize Park and Broadgate, bringing the total number of Franco Manca restaurants to 12, and follows Fulham Shore's announcement in March that it would acquire 99% of Rocca Ltd, the owner of the Franco Manca group, which was partly owned by some of Fulham Shore's directors.

It said in March that around GBP6.2 million of the purchase price would be paid in cash and the remaining GBP21.3 million by issuing over 193 million shares at 11 pence each. The company raised GBP4.75 million via a placing at 11p per share.

Shares in the Fulham Shore were trading up 6% at 22.00 pence Monday morning.
