Tate & Lyle appoints Safestore Chair David Hearn as chair

(Alliance News) - Tate & Lyle PLC on Wednesday announced that it appointed David Hearn, the current chair of Safestore Holdings PLC as chair from January 1.

Tate & Lyle is a London-based sweetener and food ingredients supplier, while Safestore is a Hertfordshire, England-based self-storage provider.

Safestore on Wednesday said that that Hearn will step down from the role of chair of The a2 Milk Co next week Thursday.

Tate & Lyle shares were 0.2% higher at 634.00 pence each on Wednesday morning in London, while Safestore shares were 0.3% lower at 737.50p each.
