LONDON (Alliance News) - Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC said on Monday it has raised GBP330,000 through the issue of 2.2 million shares following the exercise of warrants by Somerson Environmental Technologies Ltd.
Following this transaction, Symphony will have 154.3 million shares issued overall, of which Somerston will hold 33.7 million shares reflecting a 22% interest.
Shares in the plastic technologies company were down 5.7% at 25.48 pence at the close on Monday
