LONDON (Alliance News) - Surgical Innovations Group PLC on Wednesday said its Surgical Innovations Ltd subsidiary has signed a distribution deal with Asia Cardiovascular Products Ltd, a unit of Getz Bros & Co.
Under the deal, ACP will be granted the right to market, promote and sell Surgical Innovations products in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Korea.
Getz Bros owns a 12% stake in Surgical Innovations, meaning the deal is categorised as a related-party transaction.
No financial details were disclosed.
Surgical Innovations shares were untraded Wednesday afternoon, having last traded at 1.25 pence.
