LONDON (Alliance News) - Media company STV Group PLC on Thursday said it appointed Lindsay Dixon to join the board as chief financial officer with effect from the second quarter of 2019.
Dixon will join the company from her current role at William Grant & Sons Ltd where she covers the position of group financial controller. Prior to this she was group financial controller of Weir Group PLC.
She will replace current CFO George Watt, who in October announced his intention to step down from the board in 2019.
STV shares were untraded at 331.00 pence each on Thursday.
