LONDON (Alliance News) - Starcom PLC on Thursday said it will appoint Chief Financial Officer Igor Vatenmacher to the board from Friday.
Vatenmacher has been the company's CFO in a non-board capacity since December 2017.
Non-Executive Chair Michael Rosenberg said: "We are delighted to welcome Igor to the board. He has proved himself to be a highly competent and hard-working CFO since he joined us and we look forward to his contribution at board level from now on."
Starcom shares were trading down 5.8% at 1.44 pence each.
