LONDON (Alliance News) - Starcom PLC on Friday said it has issued shares to YA Global Master SPV Ltd to cover the conversion of loan notes the investor holds in the company.
Starcom has issued 2.9 million shares at 1.22 pence per share to cover the conversion notice.
Shares in Starcom, a wireless remote tracking and monitoring products designer, were up 9.4% to 1.78p on Friday.
