SpaceandPeople extends commercialisation deal with Landsec

Tue, 06th Apr 2021 11:59

(Sharecast News) - SpaceandPeople has extended its commercialisation agreement with Land Securities, it announced on Tuesday, for the provision of experiential activity and short-term retailing until 2026.
The AIM-traded firm said the agreement covered Landsec's portfolio of 35 shopping centres, retail parks and leisure destinations.

With the exception of a small number of venues where it would work alongside Landsec on brand experience bookings, SpaceandPeople said it would continue to be the exclusive provider of the services.

"I am delighted that we have further extended our relationship with one of the UK's leading retail owners and operators," said chief executive officer Nancy Cullen.

"This will enable us to continue to develop and deliver innovative and engaging activity into some of the country's most iconic and attractive retail destinations."

At 1100 BST, shares in SpaceandPeople were flat at 10p.
