On the Beach Group PLC, up 10% at 126.50 pence, 12-month range 100p-402p. Founder & Chief Executive Officer Simon Cooper buys 1.5 million shares via Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd at 129.54p each, worth just under GBP2.0 million, on Friday in London. Halfords Group PLC, down 9.9% at 138.25p, 12-month range 136.1p-380p. The cycling and motor parts retailer is cut to 'hold' from 'buy' at Panmure.
