LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurance services firm Charles Taylor PLC on Wednesday said Slater Investments Ltd now has a 5% holding the company.
Prior to Monday's transaction, Slater's interest was not disclosed.
Shares were 4.5% lower on Wednesday at a price of 213.50 pence each.
