Seeing Machines' CFO resigns

(ShareCast News) - Seeing Machines, an AIM-listed vehicle operator monitoring technology company, confirmed the resignation of James Walker as chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director.In a statement on Wednesday, the company said Walker, who is based in Sydney, has resigned in order to take up a CEO role at another emerging non competing technology company.He joined the company as CFO in June 2013 and was appointed to the board as an executive director in January 2014.Walker's notice period will end on 1 June. In the meanwhile, he will continue to provide support Seeing Machines in his CFO role until that date.Seeing Machines' chairman Terry Winters said, "The board acknowledges and appreciates the dedication James has shown and the significant contribution he has made to the Company over the last three years, and we warmly wish him every success in his next challenge."
