RPS Group Executive Director Phil Williams To Retire

LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy consultant RPS Group PLC on Wednesday said Executive Director Phil Williams will retire from the company's board at the end of the week.

He has been with the company for 13 years and joined following RPS's acquisition of Hydrosearch Associates Ltd, a geological and environmental services firm.

Shares in RPS were up 1.3% at 171.25 pence on Wednesday.
