LONDON (Alliance News) - Collagen Solutions PLC said Monday US food manufacturer Rosen's Diversified Inc now holds a 19% interest in the company as Calculus Capital Ltd trimmed its holding.
Following a transaction Thursday, Collagen Solutions said Rosen's Diversified was interested in 83.6 million of the company's 443.7 million shares, representing a 19% holding.
Rosen's Diversified holding prior to the transaction was not reported.
Following a transaction on Wednesday, investment firm Calculus Capital now holds a 6.9% interest in Collagen Solutions. The investment company's holding prior to the transaction was not reported but Collagen Solutions did note the 9% threshold had been crossed.
Shares in Collagen Solutions closed down 4.8% Monday at 5.00 pence each.
