LONDON (Alliance News) - Rob Terry, the founder of Quindell PLC, and his investment vehicle Quob Park Estate Ltd have increased their stake in Imaginatik PLC, according to a stock exchange filing on Friday.
The document showed that Terry and Quob Park Estate now control 6.32% of Imaginatik's voting rights.
On June 29, Imaginatik said their shares had amounted to a 5.08% stake in the company.
Imaginatik shares were up 7.2% at 8.04 pence on Friday morning.
