(Alliance News) -Â Tesco PLC will bolster its board with the addition of Kingfisher PLC's chief executive as a non-executive director, Sky News reported late Tuesday.
The grocer will announce the appointment of Thierry Garnier as a non-executive director alongside its annual results on Wednesday, Sky reported.
Garnier, a former boss of French supermarket firm Carrefour's international operations, will beef up the credentials of Tesco's non-executive directors, said Sky, few of whom have held senior managerial roles in the industry.
