LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV said Monday the sale of its plot of land in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania has been delayed by three months.
As part of the delay, Plaza Centers will receive an additional non-refundable payment of EUR150,000 and a further EUR100,000 in mid-April. The price of the plot of land has also been increased by EUR30,000.
The previously agreed total price for the land was EUR1.6 million.
Shares in Plaza Centers closed up 29% Monday at 45.00 pence each.
