LONDON (Alliance News) - Physiomics PLC shares fell Thursday after it raised GBP270,000 in a discounted share placing, funds it will use for working capital.
The company said it issued 450 million new shares at 0.06 pence a share. Its shares were down 15% at 0.0678 pence early Thursday, making it one of the worst-performing stocks on the AIM All-Share index.
