(Alliance News) - Gold miners Petropavlovsk PLC said Wednesday that Fincraft Holdings PLC has sold its entire stake in the company.
In a transaction on Monday, Fincraft disposed of its 19% stake in Petropavlovsk.
Yesterday, Petropavlovsk announced the resignation of non-executive director Bektas Mukazhanov, which happened as a result of the disposal, the company said.
Shares in Petropavlovsk closed 0.9% lower at 9.91 pence each in London on Wednesday.
