FRANKFURT, April 22 (Reuters) - The PCK Schwedt refinery in northeastern Germany is not experiencing supply disruption, a spokesperson for the regional government said on Wednesday, adding this could change if Russia were to stop deliveries via the Druzhba pipeline.
