OnTheMarket adds Belvoir Lettings to online portal

(Sharecast News) - Online property portal OnTheMarket revealed on Tuesday that it had reached an agreement with Belvoir Lettings to advertise the latter's UK residential sales and lettings properties at OnTheMarket.com.Belvoir, the UK's largest property franchise with a network of 300 franchised lettings and estate agents nationwide, will advertise all of its UK residential sales and lettings properties at OnTheMarket.com and will actively promote the brand through its portal with digital and branch-based marketing activity.OnTheMarket chief executive Ian Springett said the company had already been working with some individual offices within the Belvoir Group but welcomed the decision to move wholesale onto the portal as "a strong testament to our success to date in increasing our agent base, our consumer traffic and the value we are creating for agents"."Belvoir has an enviable reputation for combining strong central and supportive management with an entrepreneurial culture and high-quality local client service."As of 0920 BST, OnTheMarket shares had picked up 2.33% to 140.70p.
