Newmark Security Executive Director Resigns, Steps Down As MD Of Subsidiary

LONDON (Alliance News) - Newmark Security PLC said Wednesday Derek Blethyn has resigned as an executive director of the company with immediate effect, and would be leaving his role as managing director of its wholly owned subsidiary Grosvenor Technology LTD.

No reason was given for his departure.

The company, which provides access control and security systems, said that Blethyn would continue to work with Newmark's CEO and staff at Grosvenor Technology for the next six months while a replacement is sought for his position.

The company's shares were flat at 1.60 pence Wednesday morning.
