More Acquisitions proposes name change to Pristine Capital

(Alliance News) - More Acquisitions PLC on Friday released a notice ahead of its upcoming annual general meeting announcing plans for a name change.

The London-based special purpose acquisition company is to hold its AGM on May 3 where the company will discuss changing its name to Pristine Capital PLC.

A further update will be issued following this meeting.

More Acquisition shares were up 6.7% to 0.54 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
