ITM Power taps Amy Grey to take over as CFO

Thu, 12th Sep 2024 09:46

(Sharecast News) - Energy storage and clean fuel company ITM Power has tapped Amy Grey to take over as chief financial officer, succeeding Andy Allen.

ITM said on Thursday that Grey would join the board from Sheffield Forgemasters, where she has been serving as CFO, no later than early March 2025.

Grey will take over from Allen, who will step down from the board on the same date but will stay on to support a smooth transition before assuming a different role within the company.

Chief executive Dennis Schulz said: "I am delighted to welcome Amy to ITM as our CFO, following an extensive search to secure such a high-calibre appointee. She will be an excellent addition to the leadership team, and we look forward to working with Amy on the exciting growth ahead of us.

"I want to thank Andy for his significant contributions to getting ITM to this point and for supporting me closely in the transformation of the business during our recent 12-month plan. I am pleased that we can retain Andy in the business."

As of 0945 BST, ITM Power shares were up 2.17% at 49.0p.
